Important: If you had an account in the customer portal before 1.11.2017 then your password has been reset. Use the “Forgot password” option to get a new password.

Every user can ask for installation support or anything to do with licensing. Users who bought support can also have support for simulation cases.
For all support questions (installation/licensing/simulation) use the “Create a case” button. The support “Ticket” system is deprecated and now replaced by the “Cases”. Still old support tickets handled before 1.11.2017 can be viewed in the “Tickets” section.
