Customer Portal


The customer portal is available at: https://ascompag.od2.vtiger.com/portal


Important: If you had an account in the customer portal before 1.11.2017 then your password has been reset. Use the “Forgot password” option to get a new password.

The links to download the software can be found in the “Products->All” section.



Every user can ask for installation support or anything to do with licensing. Users who bought support can also have support for simulation cases.

For all support questions (installation/licensing/simulation) use the “Create a case” button. The support “Ticket” system is deprecated and now replaced by the “Cases”. Still old support tickets handled before 1.11.2017 can be viewed in the “Tickets” section.
